Investments and Shares

Earnings

• Farm Investments: Investors receive returns from the farm’s monthly harvest sales, and the percentage of earnings is determined by the number of shares held. Returns will be paid to your designated payment account.
• Commodity Trading: Earnings from commodity trading will depend on the buying and selling prices of the commodities you hold, with the returns credited to your account once transactions are completed.

Withdrawal of Funds

You can request a withdrawal of your earnings at any time, subject to the withdrawal terms outlined on the platform. Please note that certain fees may apply to withdrawals.

If any goods in transit are lost or damaged due to unforeseen events (e.g., accidents, theft, or natural disasters), the insurance will cover the loss, provided the proper claims process is followed.

Insurance Payouts

If an insured event affects a farm’s harvest or commodities in transit, we will work closely with the insurance company to process claims. However, insurance payouts can take time to be disbursed. In such cases, investors may need to wait up to one year for the insurance companies to provide compensation. During this period, we will keep investors updated on the status of claims.

No Guarantee of Returns

While we strive to ensure profitable returns, there are no guarantees. Your investment is subject to the performance of the farm, market conditions, commodity price fluctuations, and other external factors that may affect production and market outcomes.

Fees and Charges

Global Farmers Online may charge certain fees for the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Platform Fees: A percentage of the returns generated from your investment or commodity trades, which will be deducted before payments are made to you.
• Withdrawal Fees: Fees associated with withdrawing funds from your account.
• Transaction Fees for Commodity Trading: A fee may be applied to each trade transaction conducted on the platform, as clearly disclosed at the time of trading.

All fees will be clearly disclosed on the platform before any transaction takes place.
