Refund Policy for Global Farmers Online (GFO)

At Global Farmers Online (GFO), we aim to provide transparent and fair terms regarding investments and financial transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be processed and the procedures to be followed.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made by clients to GFO for investments in agricultural projects are non-refundable once the investment has been processed and the agreement becomes effective. This policy ensures that funds are allocated to the intended projects and operations as agreed upon in the investment contract.

2. Refund for Overcharges

In the event that an overcharge occurs due to an error in the payment process (such as an accidental overcharge on your credit/debit card or payment account), GFO will promptly address the issue. The outstanding amount will be refunded to your payout account within 15 working days from notification.

3. Underpayment of Fees

If the payment made for the crop funding fee is less than the actual required amount, GFO will debit the remaining balance from your payout account and notify you accordingly.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While refunds are generally not provided, GFO recognizes that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will work with you to find a mutually acceptable resolution, ensuring fairness and objectivity in the process. Our goal is to maintain a positive and harmonious relationship with our clients.

5. Third-Party Payments

No refund will be processed for amounts paid directly to third-party providers through the platform. All refunds will be processed directly to the payout account or the original bank/credit card account used for the transaction.

6. Refund Processing Charges

Please note that processing fees may apply to refunds and will be deducted from the refunded amount, as applicable.
